How do I pay for my tour?
You can pay directly in cash (IDR) to your driver at the conclusion of your day trip. For travellers preferring cashless settlements, we accept Wise (Global transfers), BCA direct deposit, or credit card (a small 3% bank fee applies) on WhatsApp.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Because we don't take deposits, we simply ask that you message us as early as possible so we can offer the date to another family.
Can we customize our itinerary on the day?
Absolutely. Every tour is private, so you can add, skip or extend stops on the day. If changes add significant distance we'll agree any adjustment with you before driving.
Are hotel pickup and drop-off included?
Yes — pickup and drop-off are included from Ubud, Seminyak, Canggu, Kuta, Legian, Sanur, Jimbaran and Nusa Dua. Other areas may have a small surcharge we confirm in advance.
